01 — How do I pay for the service?

Payment is due after the service via bank transfer or cash. A small deposit may be required to secure your booking. Banking details will be sent in due course.

02 — What’s your cancellation policy?  

Please give at least 24–48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a fee.

03 — Do I need to provide cleaning products or equipment?  

No—our team brings all necessary eco-friendly products and equipment, unless you would like us to use your own cleaning products, then please let us know in advance.

04 — How do I book a cleaning service?  

You can book via Instagram DM, phone, or our online form. Quick and easy!

05 — Do you offer one-off or regular cleaning?  

Both! Choose a one-time deep clean or set up a regular schedule.

06 — Which areas do you cover?

We currently serve Glasgow and surrounding areas.

07 — Can I customise my cleaning service?  

Absolutely. Let us know your priorities and we’ll tailor the service to suit your space.

08 — How much do your services cost?   

Prices vary by property size and service type. Contact us for a free quote.

09 — What if I’m not satisfied with the service? 

We aim for 100% satisfaction. If something’s not right, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll make it right.
